Tried the brisket sandwich today at the Newfane Apple Blossom fest and it was very good. Nice and juicy, tender. Great smoke flavor. Just came back from Austin TX and I believe this was much better than any I tried there!

I called last minute to,order pulled pork,for a party and they were very quick to get back and say yes they could do it. the pulled pork was amazing and their bbq sauces were great too. my favorite was the sweet and spicy. will def order again from them...great job guys
